Secure Services provides access to your combined portfolio of Sanlam products including Sanlam Private Wealth, Glacier, Sanlam Collective Investments, Sanlam Individual Life, Sanlam Reality, Sanlam Employee Benefits and Sanlam Sky.
To register for Secure Services you need to have your investor number, a valid email address and cell phone number handy. Once you have registered, you will only have “view access”, however you can upgrade your access to “transact”, at which point we will ask you to upload a copy of your ID document and a copy of your cell phone account for security reasons.
Access your account information and manage your investments conveniently through our secure WhatsApp channel. Check your balance, retrieve tax certificates, and view investor statements anytime, anywhere.

Ballot letters are available for download below for any ongoing amalgamations or fund changes taking place at Sanlam Collective Investments (SCI). If you are an investor in one of the funds being affected, please read through the ballot letter and vote on the proposal before the deadline. The voting period (initial date prior to the deadline) appears in brackets after the fund that is affected at SCI. Please keep your details up to date on Secure Services to ensure that you receive the information.
SCI has received the FSCA regulatory approvals for the amalgamation of AFM funds with SCI funds. The amalgamation will take place on 22 March 2024
