“To be part of this has been truly amazing and inspiring. From where we’ve come to where we are now, has been truly, truly inspiring as we hold Klipheuwel very dear to our hearts. When we first started, there was absolutely nothing here, other than sand and rock. And with the dedication and commitment of our staff and the Sanlam Investments exco, we were able to bring together such a beautiful and beneficial garden, for the school, the kids and the community. So truly a privilege to have worked on this initiative…” Aneesa Fakee, Client Research Analyst at Sanlam Investments | Project champion at Klippie Kids vegetable garden.

Interviewing Jeanette Moos, Principal of Klippie Kids Primary School. “I want to thank Sanlam Investments for this garden – it has really been a blessing for us! It doesn’t only feed the children, but it gives them a getter understanding and education around vegetables themselves, how to plant and harvest them and their nutritional value. They also learned how to appreciate and respect nature and be part of establishing a garden from scratch.”
